NOTE :

1. Any audio visual equipment if required would be charged as per the rates applicable.
2. The banquetting menu rates are an indicative rate range and would vary depending on the menu selection.
3. Circulatory Juices, soft drinks, mineral water and Alcoholic Drinks shall be charged extra as per consumption.
4. The Club does not permit any liquor and food to be brought from outside
5. Rates are exclusive of government taxes and the same shall be applicable as on the date of the event.

As per the Government of India regulations please note that smoking in all public areas of the Club including restaurants, bars, banquet halls etc. is prohibited and any violation thereof is a punishable offence.

We will also require an advance deposit as per the terms and conditions attached to enable us to hold your booking on a confirmed basis, failing which the Club reserves the right to utilize the venue for another confirmed query.

Upon receipt of your acceptance, we will proceed to discuss further with you on your detailed requirements, Meanwhile, should you require any other assistance, please do not hesitate to contact the Club staff.

TERMS & CONDITIONS :

1. Billing Instructions :
   
   • The rates are non commissionable and are valid for this function only.
   • The rate applicable is on a per person basis. The rate is exclusive of current applicable taxes and any change in the tax structure will impact the rate.
   • Any audio visual if required would be charged as per the rates applicable.
   • The number of guests and/or the quantity of food & beverage served at the function will be jointly counted by the representative/(s) of the Club and client and the said number will be binding on the client for the purpose of bill settlement.

   • All non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages need to be purchased from the Club which would be charged on actual consumption.
   • The Club does not permit any liquor and food to be brought from outside.
   • As per the Excise Regulations the last service of liquor will be at 11:00 p.m. on all days.
   • Any stage/dias taken from the Club would be charged extra
2. Infrastructure :
   
   • No welcome signage would be displayed in the Club, Fairways or any other part of the Club premises except inside the banquet venue. However, the Club will display the necessary signage providing function details and directions to venue.
   • Any nailing, pinning or pasting on to the fabric or wooden panels in the banquet halls would not be permitted.
   • The Club will not accept liability for any damage or loss of merchandise left in the Banquet Area prior to, during or after the function.
   • For all functions with special electric requirement e.g. heavy electric load or uninterrupted power supply, the Club must be intimated by the organizers atleast 72 hours in advance to plan for the same. Any cost incurred in the process will be charged to the guests/organizers.

OTHER TERMS & CONDITIONS :

• The Club reserves the Right to cancel the Booking anytime for its own requirement of Holding Club Function or for any other reason at Club’s discretion.
• All the requirements of the Banquet function, including menu, seating arrangement, floral arrangement and requirement of audio/visual equipments must be finalized atleast 7 working days prior to the function
• Guaranteed numbers can be changed only up to within 48 hours of the event. No changes in guaranteed numbers will be entertained thereafter.
• Food and beverage items provided by the Club are to be consumed on the Club premises only. No leftover food or beverages will be removed from the Club premises for outside consumption, irrespective of the number of persons actually attending the banquet function.
• Food shall be prepared only for 110% of the number of guests guaranteed. Should the number of persons exceed 110% of the guaranteed number, the club would be unable to ensure consistency in the quality of food and services.
• Any addition beyond the expected number of guests would attract an additional charge of 15% of the rate applicable.
• Liquor will be served within the timings specified by Excise Laws.

• The member is liable for any damage caused to the Club properly or equipment by the member or guest attending the event or the event management company employed by the member.
• The member is responsible for the protection of all finished surfaces in the case of outside props or equipment brought into the Club by them or their affiliates. Any damage to the finished surfaces due to disregard of Club policy in this matter, will be at the cost of the client
• Playing of loud music and Live or recorded musical performance or recital is not permitted at venue. As per the directive of the Honourable Supreme Court of India Playing of music and live or recorded musical performance or recital is not permitted beyond 2200 hrs at an outdoor event.
• Fire Arms/Ammunition/Fire Crackers are totally prohibited within the Club premises.
• All disputes will be settled subject to the jurisdiction of Lucknow Courts as per the laws prevalent in India at the time of signing the contract.

The Club will not be held responsible for any subsequent changes in the government policies, rules and/or regulations which will/may have a bearing on the Terms & Conditions of our agreement. In such an event, the Terms & Conditions mentioned herein in this contract are final & shall be prevail.

  BOOKING CHARGES

Following are the details of Booking Charges for a party by a Member / Member’s Guest at “Lake View Banquet Hall”:

1. Booking Charges for Members: 2,500/- plus GST extra payable at the time of Booking.
2. Booking Charges for Member’s Guest: Rs. 3,750/- plus GST extra payable at the time of Booking.
3. Lighting & Tentage extra
4. Golf Cart Charges : Rs. 354/- per Cart (incl. GST)
5. Liquor: 10% Discount on Club Bar Rates.
6. 50% charges of Pax confirmed have to be deposited at least 48 hours before the Party Date.
7. Booking charges will be forfeited if the cancellation of party is done within 72 hours of Party Date.
